Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Flat Shipping – ₹100 shipping fee for cart value < ₹600.
  • Free Shipping – Available on cart value > ₹600.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping costs before completing your purchase.

Estimated shipping time

All orders within Mumbai will be shipped within 3-4 business days. For order location outside Maharashtra, the estimated shipping time would be 7-10 business days depending on the delivery location.

*Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all locations within India.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations. If your order includes any restricted items, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at <customercare@petessentials.co.in>. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing  an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment or a refund.

International Shipping

Currently we are not undertaking any international orders.
